StarLine on the Hyundai Palisade in Astana

I install StarLine security systems with remote start on the Hyundai Palisade in Astana, coming to you. Custom install: 5 to 12 hours, 8 on average — with soft handover, smart comfort and logic written for the specific car.

A large three-row crossover I have fitted brand new, straight from the showroom.

What matters on this car

On a new car the dealer warranty is the first question. The basic connections go over CAN/LIN and factory connectors, looms go into factory channels and no traces are left in the cabin. But a soft handover does not come together without cutting into a factory circuit, and on a new car that is worth weighing up in advance. You hear exactly what will be done before the work starts.

There is plenty to bring out on this car: heated steering wheel and seats, heated mirrors, ventilation. Exactly what is available depends on the trim — I will check your car.

FAQ

What does a StarLine install on the Hyundai Palisade cost?

The price depends on the car and the set of functions. Send the model, year and trim — I quote an exact figure before the work starts, with no surprises later.

How long does the work take?

A basic install takes 2–4 hours. A custom one, with soft handover and logic written for the car, takes 5 to 12 hours, 8 on average.

Can the Hyundai Palisade be started from a phone?

Yes, on StarLine systems with a GSM/LTE module — through the app, with no distance limit.

Will the dealer warranty on the Hyundai Palisade hold?

An honest answer: it depends on what we do. Remote start, alarm functions and a Push Start retrofit connect over CAN/LIN and through factory connectors — nothing needs cutting there, it is all built on flexible logic. But a soft handover on a car that came with a Start/Stop button from the factory always means cutting into a factory circuit; there is no other way to build it, and on some cars a diode is added on top, spliced in as well. The exception is a key-ignition car being retrofitted with Push Start: there the soft handover is already part of the system and nothing has to be cut. I tell you this before the work starts, and joints are soldered and insulated. And separately: a dealer can raise a claim about any aftermarket equipment, even when the fault has nothing to do with it.
